However, not all realise how much work and know-how is needed to run a Tenancy successfully to its conclusion.


At Outlook we understand that many of our residential landlords do not have the time to manage their tenanted properties, whether they have just one or a small portfolio and that your  trust is key. Being a landlord can be a full time job, one that brings stress and financial obligations. Therefore we are on hand to oversee the process for you and  where we are appointed to manage your property we will ensure that both your tenants and property receive the essential professional care required.


Your peace of mind is very important to us. Our staff are all highly trained, consistent and ensure they deliver the best possible advice to ensure you achieve smooth running tenancies, professional maintenance and prolonged occupation from your tenant/s.


We understand your property is possibly your biggest investment and we aim to treat it that way.


There are so many aspects to Property Management that it is impossible to speak about them all here  however our management service takes care of anything from the smallest leak or repair to a full scale refurbishment. Whatever tradesmen you need for a particular issue, we will instruct and oversee the work and ensure that is completed both efficiently and promptly with the least disruption as possible to your tenant.


We can also during the tenancy take care of safety reports, renewals, liaising with utility providers, payment of ground rent and service charges together with other unplanned or planned payments or works.


When the tenancy has ended and we are managing your property we will handle deposit return  negotiations on your behalf and if unfortunately a dispute arises we will handle the process for you with the relevant government scheme.


We have found that through experience, tenants generally prefer to rent a managed property. It allows a more professional service and ensures there is no emotion attached to negotiations of issues as there is a third party in charge. Any late rental payments or account issues are therefore handled efficiently with historic procedures in place to ensure landlord and tenants relationships remain intact.


If we did not introduce your tenant to your property it is also worth noting that we are able to take over the management mid tenancy. Please contact us to discuss this.
