Stratford Office


St John’s House is the home of Stratford office as well as the Head office of Outlook Property. The property management, accounts and Branch administration departments are also based here. The Branch opened in 2004 and offers residential lettings, residential sales and financial services.


The Stratford community is multi cultural, multi lingual, youthful and is growing quickly with nearly 70% of them being under the age of 35. With the planned regeneration of the area between now and 2020 the population is expected to grow by 166%.


Stratford is about as connected as it gets when it comes to public transport with the Central Line, Jubilee Line, London Overground, Docklands Light Railway and Main Line Trains all passing through Stratford Station. There are even more links coming with Cross Rail already under construction and Stratford International which will connect Stratford with the continent

Stratford is also home to Westfield’s Stratford City which is one of the largest shopping centres in Europe. There are up to 300 stores situated there including John Lewis, Marks and Spencers, Prada, Omega, and Apple. Also situated there are approximately 70 restaurants, a cinema, bowling alley  and a 24 hour casino.
