We will charge you a fee of £299 for our services, which includes research of the market, making a recommendation and managing of the relationship with the lender until your mortgage has completed. This will be payable on application.
Alternatively you can choose to pay a fee of 1% of the loan amount, payable on application. Any commission received from the lender will be returned to you after completion. An example of this would be on a mortgage of £250,000, the fee would be £2,500.
