We are aware that not all Landlords have the same needs, so if you find that there is a specific service you would like us to provide for your property and it is not already mentioned in this Guide, please feel free to notify us of your requirements.
We have found that in the past, amongst other things, Landlords have requested us to
provide :-
a) Gardeners on monthly contracts b) Cleaners on contract c) House sitters Contractors for refurbishment/building works d) Furniture Supplies e) Kitchen Appliances Payment of bills from rent received i.e. Ground Rents, etc. (If managed)
Upon request, we can organise quotes for these and any other service you require for your
property.
