With this in mind, we continue to enrol our personnel in ongoing training courses that enable them to provide the latest and most comprehensive advice to our clients. Our most Senior Members of staff have already passed ARLA’s competency test and also achieved Merit in the University of London’s Letting and Management Diploma. The Rental Sector is such that a detailed knowledge of the industry and its laws and regulations, are essential if our staff are going to provide the level of service that are expected from them.
