St John’s House is the home of our Stratford branch as well as the Head Office of Outlook Estate Agents. The Property Management, Accounts and Branch Administration departments are also based here housing over twenty full time staff looking after our clients.

Our Head office is the hub of our six branches which offer Residential Sales, Lettings, Financial Services  and Investment advice. Being situated in Stratford the location is central for our business and all Senior staff are located within this prestigious building.

Please feel free to come in for coffee or use our open plan seating area or board room for a meeting should you wish.

St John’s House is the home of our Stratford branch as well as the Head office of Outlook. The property management, accounts and branch administration departments are also based here. The Branch opened in 2004 and offers residential lettings, residential sales and financial services.
Stratford is about as connected as it gets when it comes to public transport with the Central Line, Jubilee Line, London Overground, Docklands Light Railway and Main Line Trains all passing through Stratford Station. There are even more links coming with Cross Rail nearly complete and Stratford International which will connect Stratford with the continent.

The Stratford community is multi-cultural, multilingual, youthful and is growing quickly with nearly 70% of them being under the age of 35. With the planned regeneration of the area between now and 2022, the population is expected to grow by a further 70%.

Stratford is also home to Westfield’s Stratford City which is one of the largest shopping centres in Europe. There are up to 300 stores situated there including John Lewis, M&S, Prada, Omega, and Apple. Also situated there are approximately 70 restaurants, a cinema, bowling alley and a 24-hour casino.
