Royal Docks area guide

Our Royal Docks office covers the East End of Docklands, City Airport, North Woolwich, Beckton and Southern Essex all the way into Barking. Those new to the area are impressed by its transport and facilities. It is well served by a good number of Docklands Light Railway Services, giving direct access to Canary Wharf in minutes and Bank in under half an hour.

City Airport offers flights all over Europe and beyond for the international traveller and the Woolwich Ferry and the A1020 are easily accessible for drivers heading north or south, In addition, the A406 leading to M11, A13 and M25 are just minutes away. The area boasts excellent shopping with the Galleons Reach Shopping Mall situated on a 60-acre site with 35 major stores and restaurants, 2000 free parking spaces, bus terminal and adjacent DLR station it’s easy for everyone to get to and enjoy dozens of outlet stores. The University of East London which is based on the heart of The Docks offers a vibrant student culture from all over the world.
