Tenancy Renewals & Tenancy Terminations
If you are a Let Only Client or a Tenant who pays their rent directly to your Landlord then please contact your local Outlook branch.
To end your tenancy please send your request to stating your property address and proposed tenancy end date. We cannot take your verbal instructions in this regard as this is a legal matter.
Please note the Laws governing the holding and returning of your deposit can be found in your Tenancy Agreement.
If you are emailing about the progress of deposit return, please note that we will advise you of our findings in writing within 14 days of your tenancy ending. If 14 days have elapsed you will receive a response
Please note - We are unable to comment on the return of your deposit until your tenancy hasn’t ended and final checks conducted. We will have already written to you explaining the procedure for leaving your property in conjunction with your notice. Please note that you are not permitted to use your deposit to pay your last month’s rent.
