I purchased the apartment from new approximately six years ago and initially chose it because of the close proximity of all the local amenities and the fact that it had outside entertaining space which has proved a great benefit especially during the warm summer days. It takes approximately one minute to walk to the High Street and approximately five to six minutes to walk to the station. I never had to worry about taking the car out as there are so many restaurants and wine bars all within a couple of minutes walk and Waitrose is literally just across the road.
