The Sellers Thoughts

The flat is very close to the main road but housed in a secure complex. The service charge is very low and there is no ground rent. The building is very quiet which is rare given the central location. The insulation is really good which saves a lot in terms of energy bills. We have a good sized bathroom and a luxurious bath which is also rare for a one bed flat. This kitchen is fitted with a gas hob burner which is really good because I enjoy cooking at home. There is a bike store in the building complex as well. I have access to the rooftop terrace which is great for a barbecue and small intimate summer parties.
The Location

What do I love about the area? Everything is close by. Great transport links. Central line, Jubilee Line, DLR, and Overground. Also This is near to future Crossrail stations. West Ham Park is very close which is one of the big parks in the east end. This is great for leisurely evening strolls, running, and playing sports. Atherton leisure centre is close by which has a swimming pool. The Stratford Shopping centre is close by as well. A big Morrisons is also just around the corner, and of course there is the Westfield shopping centre with loads of choices for cafes, bars, and restaurants and Gymbox. The Olympic stadium hosts regular big sporting events. Not many people know there is a great cycling route from Stratford to Walthamstow through Hackney Marshes which is my favourite.
